This Woman’s Work: A Björk Music Sampler
It’s too hard describe how much this woman especially means to me, and I’m not going to bore you with the details. But I will assist you in seeing that she is beyond the small pixie woman in the swan dress; she’s magic. She even made Thom Yorke weep.
This isn’t necessarily an album-by-album breakdown post: if you wish for that, you’re better off downloading/buying the Greatest Hits album (although, the song choices are limited as they run through the Debut to Vespertine eras, excluding Selmasongs). Mainly, these are b-sides, live performances of her better known songs, or remixes, as I want to present the diversity of her work. Enjoy.
